PHASE 1: AUDIT & ENRICHMENT:

PHASE 2: INSTITUTION-BUILDING MEASURES:
In order to develop sustained and committed constituency level party, the firm advocates the central leadership of the client-party should incorporate the following.
(a). Party Training Center & Headquarters Ops- Room: A permanent hub for professional excellence at Party HQ will be setup where the Sovereignty Principle and Benchmarking are taught to constituency leaders.
(b). Constituency Training Center and Ops- Room: It functions as a constituency level Training Center, Control Room and a Communication Channel to HQ Ops-Room.
(c). The 3-Member Referee Panel: An expert panel comprising of winning party veterans nominated by the central party leadership will be convened to judge the performance of the leaders undergone the OJT and Mock Play. This helps the Central Leadership to field right leaders to right constituencies in elections.
PHASE 3: THE BOOTCAMP: High-intensity foundational training for the core team.
PHASE 4: SIMULATED OJT (THE MOCK PLAY OF ELECTIONS):
Teams divided into Red, Blue, and Green. Role rotation to understand rival mindsets. Focus on Tactical Intelligence and Counter-Measures.

- In order to optimize the costs and use of resources, the firm arrived at minimum 15% of the Assembly / Parliament seats to be contested by a party.
