I am Commander (Dr). M. Srinivas Rao (Retd), a veteran of the Indian Navy, and a Physicist, an Independent Researcher and an author, with over 45 years of experience -in the fields of education, training and management-both in and out of navy.

My research studies have established unequivocally that “All Are Not Born Leaders.”  A   determined and committed person with a certain personality disposition can emerge as a successful people’s leader if he puts in sustained best efforts to undergo a well-designed leadership training programme.

I have published 4 research papers in the domain of Political Leadership and Organizational Behavior and authored 2 books titled:

1). Secret of Resilient Interpersonal Relationships-Unfolding through Gandhian Thought (2022); ISBN: 978-93-92256-07-3 and

2). All are Not Born Leaders-Developing Political Leadership for Indian Democracy (2024); ISBN: 978-93-6261-6104.

I am the Solo Proprietor of   ZEETA LEADERSHIP and the Founder- Principal Consultant and Leadership Coach. I firmly believe that true justice for the citizen is only possible through a Strong Federal Union, where the States possess the Political Dignity and Fiscal Autonomy to thrive. Thus, my work is driven by a singular commitment to the 5 Pillars of the Indian Constitution—Sovereignty, Socialism, Secularism, Federalism and Democracy.

As a Chief Architect & Lead Trainer, I have designed and developed a Blended Model for developing political leadership of a party which seeks to provide good governance through political power. This model is designed to Develop Self-Reliant Political Leadership of with select political parties that are aligned with political philosophy of the Zeta Leadership and have declared policy of Driving Economic Justice & Championing Federalism.

I am an alumnus of Kakatiya University (Warangal) and the University of Hyderabad (Hyderabad). My academic achievements include M.Sc. & M.Phil. in Physics: MBA in HRM, MA (Education), M.Phil. (Gandhian Thought).

I have achieved ‘C’ Certificate of Air Wing NCC (Sr. Division), as well as “Gliding Aviator’s Certificate” from the Federation Aeronautique Internationale (India) after fulfilling the stipulated conditions of flying a glider aircraft during my Graduation (B.Sc.1973-76). Some of the awards I received include:
