It will be determined, through a Benchmark Test, whether a candidate possess the “Individual Sovereignty” and “Tactical Mindset” required to lead a Constituency Core Team (CCT). The process involves and incorporates the client-party cadre and resources and is designed to:ü  Identify high-potential leaders who are self-sustaining, influential and possess   work ethics to build a Core Group and to provide Constituency Level Leadership.ü  Empower and upgrade the party cadre. ü  Builds Leaders Who Stand on Their Own Feet.This model respects the party hierarchy while introducing professional rigor. We work within the Party firewall to protect their proprietary lists and internal data. Operational Roadmap: Constituency Level Leadership Building Phase 1: Audit & Enrichment:  Study and update, as needed, the existing party systems and databases within the Constituency. Phase 2: The Bootcamp: High-intensity foundational training for the core team. Phase 3: Simulated OJT (The Mock Play of Elections): Teams divided into Red, Blue, and Green. Role rotation to understand rival mindsets. Focus on Tactical Intelligence and Counter-Measures.
