I am an alumnus of Kakatiya University (Warangal) and the University of Hyderabad (Hyderabad). My academic achievements include M.Sc. & M.Phil. in Physics: MBA in HRM, MA (Education), M.Phil. (Gandhian Thought).I have published 4 research papers in the domain of Political Leadership and Organizational Behavior and authored 2 books.I am recipient of an “Honorary Doctorate from the Iconic Peace Award Council (IPAC) in 2013 for his work in the field of “Political Leadership & Gandhian Thought”. He also received an “Indian Icon Award 2024” under the category of “Researcher: Political Leadership Development-Indian Context” from Kiteskrafts Productions LLP.
